Selective Demolition

Sunesis Environmental has significant experience in providing selective interior demolition of structures. This scope can include partial or complete removal of architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing components. Many of the selective interior demolition projects performed by Sunesis Environmental require phasing to allow the buildings to be maintained with utilities and occupied by tenants. Our skilled and experienced crews work with the building facilities department to ensure minimal disruption to existing tenants.
